TERMS OF SERVICE.

You acknowledge that these Terms are entered into solely between you and PixelApp Studio, and not with Google LLC or any of its affiliates (collectively, “Google”).

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent required in your country, such as 16 in certain EU member states). If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PixelApp grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and execute one copy of the Game on Android-compatible devices linked to your Google Play account, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

All rights, title, and interest in and to our Games—including but not limited to computer code, physics engines, sprites, animations, character art, music tracks, sound effects, visual designs, UI wireframes, level layouts, trademarks, trade names, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of PixelApp Studio and its licensors.

You may not decompile, copy, extract, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or commercially exploit any part of our Games, brand assets, or engine mechanics without express prior written authorization from PixelApp Studio.

Our Games may include virtual in-game currencies (such as coins, points, or gems). Virtual items represent a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license right. They have no cash, real currency, or property value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold outside the Game.

All in-app purchases are executed strictly through the official Google Play In-App Billing service in full adherence to Google Play's Payments policy. All financial transactions, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and payment methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, NetBanking, Google Play balance) are handled securely by Google. PixelApp Studio does not collect, process, or store your payment card numbers.

All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided under Google Play's refund policy or mandatory consumer protection laws. To request a refund for an unauthorized or accidental purchase, please submit your request through your Google Play Order History (typically within 48 hours of purchase) under Google Play's standard refund procedure.

To keep our games free for players worldwide, our titles integrate industry-standard mobile advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, and Meta Audience Network) serving rewarded video ads, interstitials, and banners.

Certain titles utilize the Google Play Games SDK for cloud save synchronization, leaderboard postings, and achievement unlocks. Signing in with your Google Play Games account is voluntary but enables cross-device progress restoration.

We regularly deliver patches, performance updates, level packs, and bug fixes via Google Play app updates. To maintain security and smooth performance, we recommend enabling automatic updates in your Google Play Store settings.

We reserve the right to modify, balance, re-tier, or discontinue individual features or entire titles at any time upon reasonable advance notice, or immediately for security or critical technical reasons.

You may terminate these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling the Game from all your Android devices and deleting all local data.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your license and access to the Games without prior notice if you violate these Terms, cheat, tamper with monetization mechanisms, or if instructed by Google Play enforcement.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Games shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction where applicable.

Any formal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms to reflect Google Play Developer Program Policy updates, new game titles, or legal statutory obligations. Changes will be posted to this publicly accessible URL with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Games after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
